Requirements:

Hold a dentistry bachelor's degree from the EU or equivalent accreditation with 3 years of work experience in the accrediting country.
Proficiency in English.
Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands for a minimum of 2 years.
Intent to work as a general dentist or orthodontist.
Availability for classes, at least 3 times a week for 1.5 hours, and self-study. We welcome dentists without EU nationality if they hold a European diploma or accreditation.
Initial Contract: Guaranteed employment contract for at least 2 years, with many clinics offering contracts of 2 to 3 years.

Salary: Starting gross salary for inexperienced dentists is 4,500 euros per month (net 3,500 euros). For experienced dentists, salaries range from 5,500 to 6,000 euros gross per month (net 4,800 to 5,300 euros) with 5 to 6 years of experience.

Expenses: A one-time payment of 3,000€ (installment options available) for program registration. The remainder is covered by clinics and your health insurance.

Language Course Fee: A 3,000 euros fee is required for a 6 to 12-month language course, from level 0 to B2+ (official exam level). Additional expenses are covered by clients.

Expectations: Attend classes regularly, notify cancellations promptly, complete homework, and commit to working in one of our clinics for at least 2 years.
